What I want
- 70-200mm f/2.8 VR - It’s a legend.
- 180mm f/2.8 - As a first step towards the above lens - much lighter and cheaper.
- 300mm f/4 - with a 1.7 teleconverter, a great outdoors combination.
- A good macro lens - the new 105mm VR intriques me, but not my wallet.
- A solid tripod with a ball head. Some of the Manfrotto/Bogen combinations at B&H look good.
- An Alien Bee setup - ideally a couple AB400’s with the appropriate accessories
- $3000 to buy all this stuff.
